The Church of Saint Maria

In the medieval period the church was renovated which is confirmed by the added semi-circular apses and the early Romanesque capitals. The capitals are of the type of small-palmed capital which during the 11th century appeared in many Dalmatian buildings (Zadar, Rab, Lovreč). Earlier excavations /L.
